All orders take 1–3 business days to process and ship.

Shipping time starts after your order leaves our warehouse.

Example:
If you choose Overnight Shipping, your package will arrive 1 day after it ships, not 1 day after you place your order.

USPS Priority Mail

  • Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days (not guaranteed)

  • Orders are processed within 48 business hours before shipping

  • Ideal for standard delivery across most U.S. regions

UPS Next Day Air Saver®

  • Guaranteed 1 business day delivery from the time it's shipped

  • Recommended for warm climates or time-sensitive orders

  • Ideal for chocolate and perishable items

Please Note: Shipping timeframes begin once the carrier receives and scans your package—not when your order is placed.


🍫 Important Note for Chocolate Orders

Our chocolates are crafted with natural, earth-sourced ingredients and are sensitive to heat. We pack every order with thermal insulated mailers and ice packs to help protect the product in transit.

However, we strongly recommend selecting UPS Next Day Air Saver® at checkout if:

  • You live in a warm climate

  • Your package may sit outside or in a mailbox for any period of time

  • You’re ordering during hot seasons

If your chocolate arrives soft, no worriesjust place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes and it will return to its original texture, with no impact on potency or flavor.
