All orders take 1–3 business days to process and ship.
Shipping time starts after your order leaves our warehouse.
Example:
If you choose Overnight Shipping, your package will arrive 1 day after it ships, not 1 day after you place your order.

Please Note: Shipping timeframes begin once the carrier receives and scans your package—not when your order is placed.
🍫 Important Note for Chocolate Orders
Our chocolates are crafted with natural, earth-sourced ingredients and are sensitive to heat. We pack every order with thermal insulated mailers and ice packs to help protect the product in transit.
However, we strongly recommend selecting UPS Next Day Air Saver® at checkout if:

You live in a warm climate

Your package may sit outside or in a mailbox for any period of time

You’re ordering during hot seasons
If your chocolate arrives soft, no worries—just place it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes and it will return to its original texture, with no impact on potency or flavor.

While we pack every order with care, Origins is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.
If your order is missing or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
